Welcome and congratulations on earning the title of Associate Brand Director (ABD)! We are beyond thrilled for you as you begin your leadership training and development period with Red Aspen. Your promotion marks the beginning of an important period of leadership self discovery and transformation, and we’re excited to support you on your journey as we all work toward Red Aspen’s mission of inspiring women to stand up, stand out and stand together by uniting passion with purpose.
To get started as an ABD we ask that you complete the tasks outlined in the orientation checklist at the bottom of this page. Upon completion you will be added to Red Aspen’s Leadership Campfire Facebook group and we will send you a special gift!

Servant leadership is Red Aspens adopted leadership philosophy. A servant leader shares power, puts the needs of their team first, and helps others develop and perform as highly as possible. Servant Leaders at Red Aspen fundamentally understand that when they help others grow through service they create an unstoppable culture where team members feel valued and want to work hard to achieve their dreams!

As a leader in Red Aspen we expect you to follow our code of conduct so we can all preserve and uphold our mission. Please read the following code of conduct very carefully and think about how you plan to exemplify behaviors that support leadership at Red Aspen.
I VOW, AS A LEADER OF RED ASPEN, TO EMBRACE THE BRAND’S CODE OF CONDUCT AND UPHOLD THE INTEGRITY OF THE COMPANY.
I PROMISE NOT TO DEFAME OR DISPARAGE RED ASPEN. IF I AM UPSET ABOUT SOMETHING CONCERNING THE COMPANY, I WILL TAKE THOSE CONCERNS UP THE APPROPRIATE CHANNELS OF THE TREEHOUSE INSTEAD OF GOSSIPING OR VENTING ABOUT THEM TO MY DOWNLINE.
I PROMISE TO MAINTAIN A POSITIVE DEMEANOR WHEN REPRESENTING RED ASPEN AND COMMUNICATING WITH OTHER BRAND AMBASSADORS ON SOCIAL MEDIA. I WILL WORK TOWARD RESOLUTIONS PRIVATELY WITH THE PEOPLE INVOLVED AND CONTACT THE TREEHOUSE WHEN AND IF I NEED ADDITIONAL HELP.
I PROMISE TO REPRESENT RED ASPEN TO THE ETHICAL STANDARD THAT IS EXPECTED. WHILE I AM RUNNING AN INDEPENDENT BUSINESS, AS A LEADER WITHIN THE COMPANY, HOW I PRESENT MYSELF ON MY RED ASPEN SOCIAL MEDIA PROFILES IS A DIRECT REFLECTION OF THE COMPANY.
I PROMISE TO REPRESENT RED ASPEN IN A MANNER THAT UPHOLDS THE BRAND’S MISSION STATEMENT AND VALUES BECAUSE I UNDERSTAND THAT RESPECT AND EQUALITY ARE OF THE HIGHEST IMPORTANCE. AS SUCH, I WILL RESPECT MY FELLOW BRAND AMBASSADORS AND TREAT OTHERS AS I WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED.
I UNDERSTAND THAT RED ASPEN MAINTAINS A “THREE STRIKES; YOU’RE OUT” RULE. FAILURE TO LIVE UP TO THE COMPANY’S CODE OF CONDUCT EXPECTATIONS WILL LEAD TO CONSEQUENCES UP TO AND INCLUDING LOSING MY DOWNLINE, LOSS OF COMMISSIONS, AND TERMINATION FROM RED ASPEN.
