Thinking about joining Red Aspen? There’s no better time than now! Anyone that joins between 3/1 - 5/31 is eligible to earn one of the leadership tiers that we’re temporarily adding to our Dashing Start program.

YES! We’re so excited!
Who is eligible to earn the leadership dashing start levels?
1) Any existing Brand Ambassador that’s in their Dashing Start period between March 1 - May 31, 2019.
2) Any NEW Brand Ambassadors that join between March 1st - May 31, 2019.
3) The SPONSOR of the individual that earns a Leadership Dashing Start Bonus is also eligible for a special sponsoring bonus.
How long is my dashing start period?
Your Dashing Start period consists of the month you enroll plus two full commission periods (months).
Example 1: You join Red Aspen on March 15th. Your Dashing Start Period is the remainder of March, April and May.
Example 2: You join Red Aspen at the end of the incentive period, May 31st. You have May 31st, and all of June and July to earn a Leadership Dashing Start level.
how and when am i paid this bonus?
You will be paid 50% of this bonus at the end of your Dashing Start period. You will be paid the remaining 50% when you hit your paid as leadership title a second time. If you hit your leadership title two times within your Dashing Start period you will be paid 100% of the bonus as the end of your Dashing Start period.
Sponsor bonuses will be paid in the same manner: 50% / 50%.
You will be paid all bonuses through a paper check.

Can I redo my dashing start?
do I still qualify for the existing dashing start tiers?
Yes! You earn the Leadership Dashing Start levels on top of the four existing Dashing Start levels, so you’ll be rewarded twice!
can i participate in leadership dashing start And the #rockyourtitle incentive?
No. You can only participate in one of the programs. If you are in your Dashing Start period and earn a leadership title you can not earn a #RockYourTitle bonus as well.
How else will I be recognized for earning this Bonus?
Oh- we’ve got plans. But more to come on that (sneaky sneaky!)

Welcome and congratulations on earning the title of Associate Brand Director (ABD)! We are beyond thrilled for you as you begin your leadership training and development period with Red Aspen. Your promotion marks the beginning of an important period of leadership self discovery and transformation, and we’re excited to support you on your journey as we all work toward Red Aspen’s mission of inspiring women to stand up, stand out and stand together by uniting passion with purpose.
Please know that leadership at Red Aspen is a choice, and part of this orientation is “opting into” leadership. When you opt into leadership you are committing yourself to your team, and acknowledge that you don’t have a team that you’re leading or growing elsewhere. Not ready to opt in? That’s ok and we are happy to lock your title and compensation in at Senior Brand Manager.
To get started as an ABD we ask that you complete the tasks outlined on this page. Upon completion you will be added to Red Aspen’s Leadership Campfire Facebook group and we will send you a special gift!

STEP 2) UNDERSTAND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN ABD
STEP 3) OPT IN OR OUT OF LEADERSHIP
By opting into leadership at Red Aspen you agree that you’re ready to take on the ABD responsibilities listed above, that you’re not leading or growing a team with another company, and that you’re committed to leading and growing your Red Aspen team. By opting out you understand that your title and compensation will not advance higher than Senior Brand Manager. If you do not completed the opt in form below within 60 days Red Aspen will automatically opt you out of leadership.
Step 4) Learn about servant leadership
Servant leadership is Red Aspens adopted leadership philosophy. A servant leader shares power, puts the needs of their team first, and helps others develop and perform as highly as possible. They understand that leadership is not about a single person, rather, it’s about the team. Today you are a leader in training by title, but we want you to become a leader by your actions and service to others. Servant Leaders at Red Aspen fundamentally understand that when they help others grow through service they create an unstoppable culture where team members feel valued and want to work hard to achieve their dreams!

As a leader in Red Aspen we expect you to follow our code of conduct so we can all preserve and uphold our mission. Please read the following code of conduct very carefully and think about how you plan to exemplify behaviors that support leadership at Red Aspen.
I VOW, AS A LEADER OF RED ASPEN, TO EMBRACE THE BRAND’S CODE OF CONDUCT AND UPHOLD THE INTEGRITY OF THE COMPANY.
I PROMISE NOT TO DEFAME OR DISPARAGE RED ASPEN. IF I AM UPSET ABOUT SOMETHING CONCERNING THE COMPANY, I WILL TAKE THOSE CONCERNS UP THE APPROPRIATE CHANNELS OF THE TREEHOUSE INSTEAD OF GOSSIPING OR VENTING ABOUT THEM TO MY DOWNLINE.
I PROMISE TO MAINTAIN A POSITIVE DEMEANOR WHEN REPRESENTING RED ASPEN AND COMMUNICATING WITH OTHER BRAND AMBASSADORS ON SOCIAL MEDIA. I WILL WORK TOWARD RESOLUTIONS PRIVATELY WITH THE PEOPLE INVOLVED AND CONTACT THE TREEHOUSE WHEN AND IF I NEED ADDITIONAL HELP.
I PROMISE TO REPRESENT RED ASPEN TO THE ETHICAL STANDARD THAT IS EXPECTED. WHILE I AM RUNNING AN INDEPENDENT BUSINESS, AS A LEADER WITHIN THE COMPANY, HOW I PRESENT MYSELF ON MY RED ASPEN SOCIAL MEDIA PROFILES IS A DIRECT REFLECTION OF THE COMPANY.
I PROMISE TO REPRESENT RED ASPEN IN A MANNER THAT UPHOLDS THE BRAND’S MISSION STATEMENT AND VALUES BECAUSE I UNDERSTAND THAT RESPECT AND EQUALITY ARE OF THE HIGHEST IMPORTANCE. AS SUCH, I WILL RESPECT MY FELLOW BRAND AMBASSADORS AND TREAT OTHERS AS I WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED.
I UNDERSTAND THAT RED ASPEN MAINTAINS A “THREE STRIKES; YOU’RE OUT” RULE. FAILURE TO LIVE UP TO THE COMPANY’S CODE OF CONDUCT EXPECTATIONS WILL LEAD TO CONSEQUENCES UP TO AND INCLUDING LOSING MY DOWNLINE, LOSS OF COMMISSIONS, AND TERMINATION FROM RED ASPEN.
