HOW TO APPLY
1. Apply Cuticle Oil around cuticle line and nail.
2. Massage in excess oil.
3. Allow to soak in for at least 5 minutes. If excess oil remains, rinse hands and dry to reveal your most moisturized nails and cuticles.
