HOW DO I SET UP AND ORDER A LOYALTY BOX?

You may set up a Loyalty Box by visiting your Brand Ambassador's website and clicking on "Loyalty Box" in the header. If you don't have a Red Aspen Brand Ambassador, you may set up a Loyalty Box by visiting www.redaspenlove.com

HOW MUCH DOES THE NEW LOYALTY BOX COST?

The price of your Loyalty Box depends on which option you choose. Dash Loyalty Boxes cost $25/month and the Lash Loyalty Box is $15 per month. 

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN A SHORT DASH LOYALTY BOX?

2 exclusive short Nail Dashes for $25 per month. 

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN A MEDIUM DASH LOYALTY BOX?

2 exclusive medium Nail Dashes for $25 per month. 

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN A LASH LOYALTY BOX?

A Silk or Faux Mink Lash and a Mini Lash Adhesive for $15 per month. 

ARE PRODUCTS IN THE LOYALTY BOX DISCOUNTED?

Yes! The discount on the Loyalty Boxes will vary depending on the types of Lashes and Nail Dashes included in the monthly box.

CAN I ADD MORE THAN ONE OPTION TO MY LOYALTY BOX? FOR EXAMPLE, CAN I HAVE TWO SHORT NAIL DASH LOYALTY BOXES? HOW ABOUT A MEDIUM NAIL DASH LOYALTY BOX AND TWO LASHES?

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU SELL OUT OF THE LOYALTY BOX OF THE MONTH?

When we sell out of Loyalty Boxes, you will still be able to sign up to the program and ensure that you receive next month’s Loyalty Box!

WILL THE TWO NEW DASHES IN THE DASH LOYALTY BOX OF THE MONTH GO FOR SALE INDIVIDUALLY AT SOME POINT?

The Nail Dashes MAY go for sale individually at a later date if inventory allows. No guarantees!

CAN I ONLY SUBSCRIBE TO 1 LOYALTY BOX A MONTH?

No, you can subscribe to as many as you would like!

CAN I SIGN UP MY CUSTOMERS FOR A DASH LOYALTY BOX?

Unfortunately, no. Because the sign-up process involves a lot of personal information like payment and address, it’s better for the customer to know their log-in information and be able to adjust their order details and ship dates for their own Loyalty Box. 

WHEN WILL MY LOYALTY BOX BE PROCESSED?

Your first Loyalty Box will be processed as soon as you place your order. Initial orders placed between the 1st and 28th of the month will process on the subsequent day each month. Orders placed between the 29th and 31st of the month will process on the 28th day of future months.

WHEN WILL MY LOYALTY BOX SHIP?

Your order will be added to the shipping queue and ship shortly after it's processed. We make every effort to process in-stock orders within 3 business days or less. After leaving our warehouse, it may take 2-4 business days to reach you, unless the Treehouse has said otherwise.

CAN I CHANGE THE DATE MY LOYALTY BOX SHIPS?

Yes! You can change the date your Loyalty Box ships at any time! 

CAN I PAY FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING ON THE LOYALTY BOX?

Yes! On your first order you may opt for expedited shipping, however subsequent orders will ship regular, first class mail. 

CAN MY BRAND AMBASSADOR EDIT OR CANCEL MY LOYALTY BOX?

No, only customers can edit or change their orders. 

DO RED ASPEN BRAND AMBASSADORS EARN PV (PERSONAL VOLUME) ON A LOYALTY BOX?

Yes! You receive PV on all Loyalty Box orders. The PV will reflect in your account once your Loyalty Box has been processed.

CAN I CHANGE THE DAY MY MONTHLY LOYALTY BOX ORDER PROCESSES?

Yes! You can manage your Loyalty Box from your account. 

CAN ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS BE ADDED TO MY LOYALTY BOX?

Yes, additional products can be added when you purchase your box for the first time. After that we allow you to add some of our top selling products to future boxes as a one time option.  

CAN LOYALTY BOXES BE PURCHASED IN A POP UP SO HOSTS CAN GET THE REWARDS?

Yes! Boxes purchased in a Pop Up will get the rewards attributed to their pop up. Please note that only the initial order will be attributed. Subsequent Loyalty Boxes are not eligible to be added to a Pop Up. 

I JUST JOINED RED ASPEN AS A BRAND AMBASSADOR OR AFFILIATE AND I HAVE A LOYALTY BOX SET UP WITH ANOTHER BRAND AMBASSADOR. WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION AUTOMATICALLY TRANSFER OVER TO MY NEW ACCOUNT?

Yes, your existing Loyalty Box will move over to your new account. Please note that only orders that have been processed after you enrolled as a Brand Ambassador will count toward your volume. 

MY CREDIT CARD WAS DECLINED ON THIS MONTHS LOYALTY BOX. WHAT DO I DO NOW?

Shucks! If your credit card is declined, don’t worry, we won’t delete your Loyalty Box subscription, but we also won’t process your monthly Box. 

Once you update your payment information we will process your subscription for that month. 

WILL MY BRAND AMBASSADOR BE NOTIFIED IF MY LOYALTY BOX DOES NOT PROCESS OR MY CARD IS DECLINED?

No, only the individual whose Loyalty Box did not process will be notified (via email) that their box payment failed.
