WHEN IS THE DREAMWORK INCENTIVE QUALIFICATION PERIOD?

The incentive qualification period is Dec. 1, 2023, through March 31, 2024.

WHAT CAN I EARN DURING THE DREAMWORK INCENTIVE?

We have some amazing prizes lined up! Check out the Dream graphic at the top of this page to determine what prizes are connected to each Dream. Please note that the prize(s) listed at each Dream level is the exact prize that will be provided, and that the prizes don’t build off of each other (for example: Dream 5 earners will receive a $400 product pack, but Dream 6 earners do not).

WHO CAN EARN A DREAM PRIZE LEVEL?

Brand Ambassadors 18 years and older can earn a dream prize level.

IS THE DREAMWORK INCENTIVE PERIOD CUMULATIVE?

Yes. The period is cumulative, meaning that you get to keep a running total of your points throughout the period. For example, let’s say you earn 100 PV in December, 800 PV in January, and 100 PV in February. That is 1,000 PV total.

The same is true for your enrollments. If you sponsor someone in December, their total PV during the period counts toward their PV requirement. 

LET’S TALK ABOUT PERSONAL ENROLLMENTS (PE) AS IT RELATES TO POINTS. WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW?

Great question! Here are a few things to keep in mind:

• The PE must be a first-time enrollee. Reinstatements of any kind do not count, regardless of if they are reinstating on your team or are reinstating and were previously on another team.

• The PE must be enrolled during the qualification period AND earn the required PV during this same time period.

• Affiliate upgrades count toward PE qualifications as long as they upgrade during the qualification period AND hit the required PV benchmarks AFTER they upgrade their account. PV earned as an affiliate prior to upgrading does NOT count toward PV requirements.

LET’S TALK ABOUT QUALIFIED DOWNLINE VOLUME (DV) AS IT RELATES TO POINTS. WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW?

• Qualified Downline Volume ( DV) does not kick into place until you have an active leg on your team.

• No more than 50% of your DV can come from any one individual or one leg of your team (including yourself).

HOW CAN I TRACK MY INCENTIVE POINT PROGRESS? HOW CAN I TRACK MY TEAM’S PROGRESS?

You can see a running report in your Hub that tells you your progress and your team’s progress. You can also track your progress in a personal Google Sheets or Excel document, or good old-fashioned pen and paper. A couple of things to consider as you calculate your points:

• 1 points must come from PV for Dreams 1-3. 3 points must come from PV for Dreams 4-8.

• Personal Enrollments (PE) must enroll and earn PV in qualification period. They must be a first-time enrollment. Affiliate upgrades count toward PE points.

• A maximum of 50% of DV can come from one active leg or the individual Brand Ambassador. Be sure you are checking your Downline Volume bar which appears when you toggle to higher level director titles in the Hub.

• PE and DV points are counted in whole numbers only. Fractional points from PV are not rounded up.

I WANT TO SET A GOAL FOR THE INCENTIVE + WORK TOWARDs IT. DO YOU HAVE ANY TIPS?

Totally! Our best advice? Save the worksheet above to your phone, then fill it out in a photo editor. Save the completed worksheet to your phone screensaver so it’s top of mind, and send it to your Director or a partner to help hold you accountable.

HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED IF I EARN A DREAM PRIZE?

All Dreamwork earners will be notified via email that they have earned a prize level. Prizes will not be sent out until the incentive period is over. You will receive the prize(s) for the final Dream level you earned. 

WILL THE DREAMWORK QUALIFICATIONS CHANGE FROM YEAR TO YEAR?

Yes. New qualifications are announced at the beginning of each qualification period.

WHAT IS INCLUDED FOR DREAMS 1-5 PRIZES? 

You can earn exclusive prizes by earning points during the Dreamwork Incentive, which runs from Dec. 1, 2023, to March 31, 2024. You earn points through your personal volume, qualified downline volume, and qualified personal enrollments.

I EARNED A PRODUCT PACK. HOW DO I REDEEM THAT PACK?

Congrats! Your earned product pack will automatically be processed and shipped to you on or around May 7.

DO I GET TO CHOOSE WHAT’S INCLUDED IN MY PRODUCT PACK?

No. The Treehouse has curated the product packs and chosen what is included.

You’ll need to provide your ID and a credit or debit card for incidentals. If you provide a debit card, funds will temporarily be removed from your account.

IS THE RESORT ALL-INCLUSIVE?

Yes! The resort package you earn is all-inclusive. Concession purchases at gift shops, phone and laundry service, spa services, private events in suites, hors d’oeuvres, top-shelf spirits and beverages, and some food options are NOT included in the all-inclusive experience. 

WILL I BE ABLE TO REQUEST MY ROOMMATE?

Yes! Both you AND your roommate need to email hello@redaspen.com and request to share a room with one another. 

LET’S TALK TIPPING. WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW?

The resort is all-inclusive, but tipping is highly encouraged. Guests are responsible for their own tips. Tipping in U.S. dollars is totally acceptable, so don’t feel like you need to exchange your money for local currency.

DO I NEED TO MAKE DINNER RESERVATIONS?

Yes, we advise booking dinner reservations to ensure your restaurant of choice can accommodate you and your party. Reservations are not necessary at Red Aspen-sponsored events.

Please note, if you would like to book a tour of the Panama Canal or other major experiences you will likely need to reserve the excursion in advance. 

We have created this guide to help walk you through our three-part registration process for your Dreamwork Panama trip!

Why do a Three-Part Registration?

Great question! Given the added month in the incentive period, the timeline to collect all of your information has condensed. We have broken the registration into three parts so that we can:

• Get your information as quickly as possible.

• Give you time to organize your travel details.

• Give you time to organize and connect with your team before selecting any offered add-ons.

Part 1: Confirmation, Roommate Selection + Trip Extensions | Dates: March 18 through April 19

During Part 1 of registration, you will:

• Confirm that you still plan to attend. We will close this part of registration on April 19. If you have not completed this part of registration by that time, you will no longer be able to register for the trip and will receive the product pack instead.

• Let us know of any accessibility requirements, special requests, and food allergies.

• Provide your roommate preference. If your roommate is on the cusp of earning, you can put N/A and reach out to the Treehouse team after the incentive period is over.

• Select your extended stay preferences. We wanted to make it easier to extend your stay this year. To that end, if you select a date or dates under the section "Add Additional Nights To Your Stay," a representative from ADI, our travel partner, will reach out to assist you with your booking. You'll be responsible for the full cost and will directly pay ADI for the additional nights. We are adding this step to the registration process to remove the inconvenience of switching rooms during your trip. ADI is a new but trusted partner for Red Aspen, and we are interested in your experience with them. We hope that you find the process easy and accommodating, but let us know if that is not the case.

• NOTE: The registration process is done through the Red Aspen website. To successfully “check out” and submit your registration, you cannot have any other items in your cart.

Part 2: Flight, Passport & Emergency Details + Add-On Survey | Dates: March 25 through April 26

During Part 2 of registration, you will:

• Submit your flight details. We need your flight details so that we can ensure your transfer to and from the airport. This is also our final confirmation that you are making the trip! With that in mind, if we do not have your flight details by April 26, we will remove you from the manifest and send you a product pack instead (Don’t worry, we will send you a lot of reminder emails before then!).

• Provide your passport details. This information allows us to expedite your hotel check-in process. This is also a great time to check that your passport is not expired!

• Provide your emergency contact info.

• Take a quick survey of your interest in any of the add-ons offered. This will allow us to get a general count for each add-on and work with our local partners to ensure the best experience possible.

• NOTE: The registration process is done through the Red Aspen website. To successfully “check out” and submit your registration, you cannot have any other items in your cart.

Part 3: Add-On Registration | Dates: April 22 through May 3

Add-ons, you say? Yep! Panama is rich with amazing cultural and educational experiences, and we wanted to curate experiences that could be added to your trip. We will release more detailed information in the weeks to come, but the three add-on options are:

• Panama Canal - Miraflores Locks VIP Tour ($55)

• Exploration of Historic Old Town Panama ($25)

• Jungle Cruise ($95)

Registration for these add-ons will be available from April 22 until May 3. We will do our best to ensure that we have enough capacity in each option (see the survey in Part 2), but registration for each add-on will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

The registration page for the add-ons will be protected, and you must have Parts 1 and 2 complete to receive the password. With that in mind, we have purposely delayed opening this portion of registration to give everyone an opportunity to get their general details and flights in order.

We are offering these add-ons because we thought they would be fun, but please make the trip your own! If you want to chill by the pool and enjoy the all-inclusive experience, go for it! Ultimately, we just want to celebrate you, and we want you to celebrate yourself!

Other information

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT TAXES?

The IRS mandates that earned trips count toward your taxable income. Red Aspen will include the value of your trip on your 1099 for 2024.

I DIDN’T EARN ENOUGH POINTS. CAN I BUY MY WAY INTO THE TRIP?

No, there is not a buy-in option for this trip.

I EARNED THE TRIP BUT HAVE A CONFLICT + WON’T BE ABLE TO ATTEND. WHAT NEXT?

We will send a $600 product pack to anyone that is unable to attend. Please note that if you opt out of the Panama trip but earn a level that is eligible for airfare, you forfeit the airfare credit. 

ARE THERE INSTANCES WHERE THE TRIP COULD BE CANCELED OR MOVED?

Yes. If there is a hurricane or natural disaster, Red Aspen will make arrangements to move the trip to a different date. In addition, if the U.S. State Department classifies Panama as a “Category 4” as it relates to Covid or otherwise, Red Aspen will move the trip location or date range.

WILL I NEED TO TAKE A COVID TEST TO RETURN TO THE UNITED STATES?

As of today, travelers returning to the U.S. are NOT required to present a negative Covid test. Please note that this may change, and we will keep you updated.

WHAT IF MORE PEOPLE EARN THE TRIP THAN THE RESORT CAN HOLD?

First of all, if this happens, bravo to all of you! Red Aspen reserves the right to host guests at multiple hotels should the necessity arise.

CAN I HOLD RED ASPEN LIABLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS WHILE ON THE TRIP?

No, Red Aspen is not liable for lost or stolen items. We advise you to leave all valuables at home. You will have a safe in your room that only you and your roommate have access to.

IF I EARNED THE red aspen BACKPACK, HOW DO I RECEIVE IT?

If you earned the backpack, Red Aspen will send you the backpack prior to the trip. We will send you the backpack even if you opt out of the trip.
